I write honest, acoustic songs for people who feel things deeply and still believe there’s something holy tucked inside ordinary life. My music lives somewhere between Americana, folk, soul, country, and the quiet corner of church where somebody is trying not to cry during the bridge. Think story-driven songwriting, warm vocals, lived-in lyrics, and the occasional 90's power ballad vocal run.

i'm releasing my second studio album.
Sparkly Feelings is coming to streaming, which sounds very normal until I tell you this album has technically already been released in several deeply independent-artist ways. I gave it to my Penpals first. I made physical CDs. I shared the house concert version through the virtual house concert. I’ve sold hundreds of albums myself with no label, no team, very little social media campaigning, and what can only be described as a committed relationship with the post office.
So this is not exactly the beginning of Sparkly Feelings. It’s more like the moment I’m letting it leave the small room and go be findable by the rest of the internet. I’m filming a vlog series about why I chose to release it this way, what the album means to me, and how this very grassroots, very human release is becoming one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever done.
